About this Event
Mirror Mirror…
Beauty, refection, repetition, fashion, mimicking, perspectives, purity … mirrors – symbols of vanity, narcissism, of pureness, introspection. The mirror, mirror on the wall told us that Snow White was the prettiest of them all. The mirror pool made Narcissus fall in love with his own image and turn into a flower. And Perseus’ mirroring shield was the trick for Medusa’s downfall. Mirrors and their reflections please us, frustrate us, draw us, haunt us, teach us and aid us. All artists at Galerie Door invite you to reflect on their work.
Come take a look in the mirror at Galerie Door … you are more than worth it …
