The originally medical term “foreign bodies” has been extended to broader contexts and refers to social outsiders, ecological intruders, the ego-alien or structurally destabilizing glitches. The exhibition invites female artists to reposition the concept through their artistic practice, cultural backgrounds and lives abroad.
