Robert Crotla, contemporary artist and curator, initiated and conceived the jewellery exhibition at the Nicole Gnesa Galerie. The exhibition understands jewellery as an epistemic field in which artistic practices are articulated, historically situated between use, body reference and aesthetic attribution. By shifting from function to conceptual setting, jewellery becomes legible as criticalmedium.
