Attai Chen: “Paper Becoming”

This exhibition is dedicated to Attai’s most essential material: paper. Rather than presenting only finished works, it opens a window into his process. Fragments, sketches, tests, and unfinished pieces reveal how he touched, shaped, understood, and transformed paper, and how his approach evolved over time.
“Paper Becoming” traces the movement of his hands and thoughts, showing paper as a living partner in his work – always in motion, fragile in appearance yet anchored by resilient fibres, and endlessly open to new possibilities.
